How to Use

1. Place the sterilizer on a stable, flat surface.

2. Open the lid and remove the inner tank to check the heating tube. Add at least 3.5L of water above the heating tube to prevent damage.

3. Arrange items to be sterilized inside the chamber with gaps between them, avoiding blocking the steam vents and valves. Close and secure the lid tightly.

4. When the temperature reaches 105°C, open the air releasing valve to vent cold air. Close the valve when only hot steam escapes.

5. The safety valve will automatically release excess pressure between 0.14–0.16 MPa to maintain safe operation.

6. After sterilization, unplug the unit. Wait 3 minutes, then release pressure by opening the air valve until the gauge reads zero before opening the lid.

Important Notes

• Maintain water level 3–5 cm (1.2–2 inches) above the triangular support to avoid dry heating and damage.

• Do not exceed maximum pressure; stop use immediately if the pressure gauge reaches 0.165 MPa and the safety valve fails to activate.

• Ensure the pressure gauge needle is at zero before use; repair or replace if not. Calibration is recommended 1–2 times per year.

• Replace the lid gasket promptly if it becomes worn or hard to maintain an effective seal.
