Returns and Refund Policy

At Meubon, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Below is a detailed overview of our return, refund, and cancellation policies.


30-Day Return Policy

For most products, we offer a 30-day return policy. You may choose between:

  • Exchange or
  • Refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.

Please note:

  • A restocking fee of 10%–20% will apply.
  • Refer to the Warranty/Returns tab for product-specific return policies.

Exclusions

  • Special Order Items: Returns or cancellations are not accepted.
  • Replacement Parts: Returns are only accepted if there is an error on our part.

Return Requirements

To ensure a successful return:

  1. Items must be in original packaging and undamaged condition.
  2. Do not assemble, modify, or alter the product before returning it. Items that are altered may not qualify for a refund.

Transit Damage Grace Period

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt.

  • Damages reported after 48 hours will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Failure to notify us within the grace period will be considered consumer-inflicted damage.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Store credit will be issued for cancellations after 24 hours.
  • A 20% cancellation fee applies to orders canceled after credit card processing, as transaction costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Used nasal cannulas, oxygen concentrator accessories, and hyperbaric chamber accessories.
  • Parts, cables, spirometry mouthpieces, spirometry filters, test kits, and rapid tests.
  • Custom-made items, refrigerators, and freezers.
  • Sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Note: Due to FDA regulations and COVID-19-related restrictions, some items may also be non-returnable. This list is subject to updates based on manufacturer and FDA guidelines.


Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to begin your return request.
  2. Upon approval, we will issue a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.
  3. Refunds will be processed once the item is returned, inspected, and approved.

Refund details:

  • Refunds exclude original shipping and handling fees.
  • Payment methods: credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
  • Processing time: up to 21 business days after inspection.

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees are calculated based on:

  • The product’s original price.
  • The reason for the return.
  • The item’s condition upon return.
    The fee will be deducted from your refund for partial returns.
