WARRANTY INFORMATION

5-Year Compressor Warranty / 2-Year Parts Warranty

Your mini split system is backed by a comprehensive warranty provided by MASTERHVACINC, covering:

• 5 years on the compressor

• 2 years on all other parts

To activate the warranty, a licensed HVAC technician must complete the warranty registration card included with your unit. If the card is missing, your Meubon receipt serves as full proof of coverage.

Important: Installation must be completed by a licensed HVAC company. Proper installation ensures your unit operates safely and efficiently, and guarantees warranty protection. Mini split systems involve electrical, gas, and refrigerant connections regulated by federal, state, and local codes. Improper installation may lead to safety hazards, performance issues, or voided warranty coverage.

If your unit is defective or arrives damaged:

• A replacement part will be shipped at no charge (within 1 year of purchase for parts, and within 5 years for compressor-related issues)

• For shipping damage, we provide free return labels and will send a new unit upon return of the original

• Labor or service charges

• Damage from natural disasters, weather, power surges, or accidents

• Cosmetic damage or changes in appearance

• Refrigerant refills or disposal
